Any sensitive information provided by users is at their own discretion and risk.

Public data is collected, indexed, and refined for conversational purposes.
No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this data.

Users have limited control over data usage. They can choose whether to publish their content in the Marketplace or keep it Private. However, publicly available data will still be collected and processed as described in section 2.

All user and processed data is stored in AWS Cloud Servers.
Access is controlled based on public vs. private content settings.
Public Data: Available in the marketplace.
Private Data: Visible only to the creator.
We employ standard security measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee complete security.
While we implement standard security practices, we do not guarantee absolute security.
Users acknowledge that any data shared is at their own risk.
Users may request deletion of their content by contacting support.
No automatic deletion of inactive data.
By using OneClickAgents, users consent to the collection of their data as described in this policy.
Public data sources (e.g., LinkedIn) are collected through ProxyCurl API, which operates under its own terms.
Users cannot opt out of data collection once they choose to participate.
AI is used to reformat, summarize, and refine collected data.
No guarantees are provided on the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
The company disclaims liability for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations in processed data.
Public Data: Any user can access marketplace-published data.
Private Data: Restricted to the creator.
While there is an option to report content, we do not guarantee immediate action on flagged data.
Users are responsible for ensuring their published content complies with applicable laws.
Once content is published on the marketplace, OneClickAgents does not claim ownership but reserves the right to retain and display it.
We strive to comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding data privacy, but make no explicit guarantees of compliance with specific regulations like GDPR or CCPA.
Users outside permitted jurisdictions should not use the platform.
Users under 18 should not use OneClickAgents.
Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for any minor's use of the platform.
No tracking cookies, pixels, or behavioral analytics are used.
No automatic data deletion policies are currently in place.
Users may request manual deletion of their data by contacting support.
OneClickAgents is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
